To adjust light output on a single panel: select desired panel then press and hold power button to adjust. To charge: remove charging input cover, insert USB-C cord, and plug other end of USB cable into a standard USB port. Flashing blue LED indicat es charging. All 4 blue LEDs are lit when complete.
