To operate: from collapsed position stand cart upright, lift the cover at the center latch on the top shelf, and guide cart to open position. Lay latch cover back onto the lock screw, and lift up slightly on the top shelf until the cover falls into p lace. To collapse, make sure cart is empty, pull up on cover to unlatch it, then pull both sides of the top shelf up, until cart is collapsed. Replace cover to latch in closed position.
