This tubing cutter features a pivoting reamer blade that swings out of the way when not in use. Chrome-plated for corrosion resistance.

  • For use on hard and soft copper, aluminum, brass, thin wall steel and stainless steel lines.

  • Carbide steel wheel cuts to within 1/4" from end of tube.

  • Pivoting reamer blade for cleaning tube ends, swings out of the way when not in use.

  • Extra high carbon cutting blade included, stores under reamer.

  • Tube cutting range: 1/8 to 1 1/8" (4 to 28 mm).

  • Wide rollers prevent spiral cut.

Documents / Instructions

1. Place cutter wheel in location of desired cut. 2. Tighten cutter until wheel slightly contacts tubing. 3. Tighten cutter an additional 1/2 to 3/4 turn and rotate tool around tubing. 4. After approximately 2 revolutions around tubing, tighten the cutter and additional 1/2 turn and repeat process until tubing is cut. 5. Using arrow shaped folding tool on handle, deburr the inside of the tubing.
