1. Select the correct size connector by matching tool's inner lip to diameter of spring or opening side of fitting. 2. Slip connector over line with inner lip facing spring or open line fitting. 5/16 in. disengages the spring lock coupling on Ford ra diator and transmission lines. 4. Disconnect the line sections. To reconnect, push line fittings together.
