Remove valve springs with this overhead compressor. Requires air valve holder and air hold fittings to keep valves from dropping (not included).

Documents / Instructions

1. Rocker covers and rocker arms must be removed first. 2. Squeeze spring loaded compressor tool jaws to fit over valve spring, securing on the lowest available spring coil. 3. Use compressed air with Flexible Air Valve Holder (Performance Tool W8400 3) and Air Hold Fittings (Performance Tool W84005) to keep valves from dropping into cylinders when keepers are removed. 4. To compress springs, rotate the handle clockwise. Remove valve keepers. 5. Reverse steps 1-3 to reinstall.
