1/2 - 1-3/8" External Deburr Bit

Repair wheel studs and clean damaged threads with this external deburr bit that features five long-lasting tungsten carbide cutting blades.

• Quickly repair ends on wheel studs, bolts, and threaded rod by removing burred and damaged ends

• Easily repairs threads in place, eliminating the time and cost of replacing hard-to-find or expensive hardware

• The 5 long lasting tungsten carbide cutting blades with a hardness rating between 88-90 HRC are durable enough to use on most metals leaving a clean thread end if used as directed

• Operation: Using the lowest drill gear; rotate bit between 0 - 150 RPM and apply consistent forward pressure evenly, until the damaged threads have been removed

• Bit capacity of 1/2 - 1-3/8" (13 - 36mm) and can be used with most materials including stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, or wood

• NOTE: Use above recommended RPM or with hammer/impact drills will destroy cutting edge of tool
